Letter written to Bishop Dantiscus by Copernicus concerning Anna Schilling
The letter of 2 December 1538 was Copernicus' reaction to yet another letter in which Bishop Dantiscus had admonished Copernicus directing him to send away his housekeeper. In his reply Copernicus promised to attend to this matter before the coming Christmas season (Czartoryski Family Library in Krakow)
